Okay guys, post your questions/preparation methods/expectations here.

Thanks.

I’ll start with my own.
I ran out of practice tests on Barron’s Math 2 so I downloaded Arco’s practice tests. I used to get 600-650 on Barrons but I got an 800 on Arco. Are the tests any good? Because they seemed a bit too easy. How would you compare them to the actual tests?

3rd time taking the test. Going for 3 800s this time (at least 780s - Phys, Chem, Math level 2).
Thoroughly went through Dr.Chung’s tips along with a side-by-side review of Barrons Math for math level 2.
Barron’s Chemistry fully revised, now time to take a couple of tests.
I scored badly on Physics by going through PR the last time (or maybe I studied more material and got sloppy on the testing side) so I am trying Barron’s and I have found it to be much better and encouraging. Lot’s of things picked up this time around. (Apparently, not many have been a fan of Barron’s SAT Physics)
How about there?

I think Barron’s are really tougher than the real thing. BUT I have to say that College Board MIGHT be slightly increasing the difficulty of tests? That happened to me in my last test when I pretty much nailed the PR practice tests and slumped badly in the real one(710). I think it’s great to score in the high 600s - low 700s or more more on Barron’s. But I haven’t seen Acro’s tests. Cool job on the 800 anyways, although it’s a warm-up.

How’s your chemistry prep going? (giving Math 2 and Chem). I’ve been using PR and Kaplan for Chem.

Bump

I’m taking Bio, and I’m using Barron’s for preparation. I haven’t finished reading the book yet, though, so I haven’t taken any practice tests. However, I’ve heard Barron’s is really good for preparation.

I’m aiming for a 750+, hopefully either a 780 or 800.

Just grinded out the Barron’s bio book in 3 days, now time to take some practice tests to see how I stand!
Taking Math 2 as well (weakest subject unfortunately)
