I thought this would be a good thread for those of us taking the October administration of the SAT I to gather and predict scores. (Yeah, its a little early, but why not)

Also, when exactly is "mid-August?" (To sign up for the test?) I can't believe that the College Board is only giving us like 15 days to sign up!

Yeah really, oy, I'm freakin out about the SAT this time around. Hoping to get at least a 2000 if possible at ALL since I did get an 1830 last time, and 200 points would be grand. I hope that the essay question is as good/easy as the one from last time around. Were all the essay questions the same around the states? Meh, yeah, SAT=scary.

How hard are the essays graded? I mean I look at the practice books, and their essays seem like they are perfect (and I'm looking at the 8/12 essays!)! They are full of colorful examples and all this indepth writing...I don't think I could even about like 2-3 paragraphs in 25 minutes, much less put it down on paper.

I prepped last year, but don't think it's really necessary, probably just more stress for me. I'm just going to read a lot, and try to stay sharp with my math. I got 670/640/660 in June, and I feel I could get 700's across the board.

I really want to get 700+math 650+(or more) cr, because I prepped I a lot with official sat and 10 real sat 2nd ed, a quick question if i get a defferent edition of 10 real sat WILL IT HAVE different QUESION...

I want to break 2000, but I got an 1880 so far. I'm having most trouble in CR and writing, but I feel I may have hope bringing up my writing score, but CR feels like a lost cause :(

I am very ambious:aiming to a maximum score although my June score is just 1940(including 500 for the critical reading component, which dissappointed me the most),would it be just a riverie or would I have a chance, anyway?
