-Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Im guessing my rigor in my courses and I also sent in a visual essay and resume with my application so that might’ve helped.
-Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected:

Does the amount of time that it takes to hear back depend on whether you are accepted or rejected? I still haven’t heard anything…is it safe to assume I won’t be attending?

when did you apply and what are your statistics?

I was accepted into the honors program a few weeks ago along with my scholarship offer.
Has no one else heard back from the honors program?

I wouldn’t know about scholars though, I didn’t apply for that.

Accepted! 3.8 SAT, 1960 SAT, 1410 w/o writing.

@coola426 I couldn’t figure out how to do this on my phone earlier this month, so here it is:

[/ul]General Comments: I found out that I got into the Honors Program and I have received the Maximus Scholarship ($5000 a year)

I applied in the first week of January and today by chance I checked my application status and it said “Congratulations, you have been admitted to Ohio State! You will receive your notice of admission soon” I feel like that was too fast. Did this happen with you guys too? When should I expect to receive my admission package in the mail? Will I hear about scholarships then? I appreciate any information.

Admissions envelope in the mail probably this week, scholarship a few weeks later or sooner depending on your scores I think!

Also, did anyone pay their enrollment yet? Does anything change online? I submitted enrollment via letter

I got accepted way back in November, got Trustees and National Buckeye. I’m coming from California, haven’t officially decided to go here yet (it’s between tOSU and the University of Minnesota) looking forward to meet you all!

Yes, I paid my acceptance fee online almost as soon as I found out I was accepted. On your status it should say: “Attendance” and have the following message: “You have confirmed your intent to enroll. Additional information to continue the enrollment process will be mailed to you soon. Welcome to Ohio State! Go to [Undergraduate Admissions - Ohio State University](http://undergrad.osu.edu) for further information on what happens next.”

Okay thank you! I’m expecting mine to take a little longer since I had to do it by mail (complicated but anyway the link to pay online went away). I sent it out two days ago so hopefully soon! What else did they send you about enrollment after that?

Thank you imperio !

Buckeye2013, here is the Morrill (Class of 2017) thread

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ohio-state-university-columbus/1455907-morrill-scholarship-class-2017-2013-hs-seniors.html

Is there any way to view scholarship awards online?

Not yet… I got scholarships and they aren’t listed online

Accepted a few weeks ago, and recently got scholarships and a travel grant to go visit  OSU is getting way more appealing. But I’m super confused. Cappex said OSU’s acceptance rate is like 60% yet all of you guys (accepted and deferred or denied) have AMAZING stats. What’s the deal here? I feel like I’ve completely underestimated this school :/

hey guys 1 question. how many days did u guys have to wait (non-scholarship) from the date you applied to the date you received ur decision? thanx

My daughter applied on Nov 30, OSU received all requirements during Winter Break and her application has been in evaluation status since early January. She has been accepted to 3 of the 5 schools she applied to at the same time she applied to OSU. (UofKentucky, UofDayton and OhioU). I’m beginning to worry that she won’t be accepted to OSU now. Anyone else in this position?

Accepted to Physics!

No idea about scholarships, where do you check?

ACT 33.
