Official Penn Class of 2013 Early Decisions

true that -- double true.

the dartmouth thread was ****ed up and it really bummed me out about friday.

a lot of people will have a dismal weekend this week. i just hope it's none of us.

mmm 43 hours...

"University of Pennsylvania Official Class of 2013 Early Decisions."

tommorow. what do you think? i can't help thinking about dartmouth man -- super sad.

the poor darty kids......i feel really bad

Yeah man shiit all this rain thats forecasted for the next few days too.. some bad signs my people........

oh my god nycexsteve...i'm so paranoid in the last couple of days that i take everything as signs! like hot water turning hot too quickly and having wind blowing in my face while thinkin about penn..etc

i'm gonna go nuts

Rain is awesome! It's a good portent in my culture (supposed to be lucky when it rains on a special day). In fact, it's rather appropriate since it is essentially an archetypal image generally connoting renewal and rebirth.

hahaah my man and i thought i was superstitious just try to relax as best you can

wow yournamehere lol that's pretty extreme. but i fully understand. i've been in a very irritable mood lately...

by the way, why are the posts out of order....?

holycrap this year is brutal competition-wise

For me, things always end up opposite of what I expect. ALWAYS. So like I keep going back and forth with expecting that I'll get in Penn and not get in. If I think that I won't get in, it's likely that I WILL get in. Then I'll be like, if I think I won't get in, then I will, but then if I think I will, then I won't...on and on...T_T...

Well, I've decided that I'll look at it like this: If I get in, it was meant to be; if not, then no biggie. Think about it. Maybe it's a sign that you won't be happy there or you'll be better off somewhere else. Everything in life happens for a reason... Don't let fate gobble you up. You'll all end up somewhere great in the end, and when you look back, you'll wonder why you made such a big deal about it. Heh, even I feel better now after typing that. Everyone take a deep breath and relax :)

Everything in life happens for a reason...

^very true, mike. trying to keep that in mind

the dartmouth ed results are the scariest things i have ever seen.

i puked after I saw it ^^^

that might have just been bcuz of the flu though...

^^I read mike's post, then morewaffles', and then mbyrd90 just killed the vibe (violently...with a baseball bat)

just saying good luck to you guys from the brown forum

and I dont think the dartmouth thread means much

"Everything in life happens for a reason..."

haha the reason you'll get rejected is that you didn't work hard enough.

t-2 days friggin' anxious

i looked at dartmouth's ed thread....yea im not gettin in...

If there is no reason, because life may not have a reason, it happens because it was meant to happen. so don't feel too bad because we're really being controlled by random chance, molecular collisions, and quantum mechanics anyways.

LOL on another note, i'm applying too!!! may i join your clique
