<p>I did NOT get a good financial aid package. Nothing is working out. I am so frustrated, so furious... I know I'm qualified and yet my parents' income screws me over when it comes to financial aid (for "merit" based too... they look at your income!).</p>
<p>Hello everyone. I may accept if everything else in life falls into place. I have a couple of practical questions. What banks are near Pepperdine and which ones are recommended? The other is, how bad is the traffic going into LA on a Friday night?</p>
<p>There is a a Bank of America ready teller on campus and I know there is a Wells Fargo about a mile or 2 south of campus. There is another shopping center about 1-1/2 miles south with another bank...but can't remember what it is. At orientation the bank reps set up on campus to show you their services.<br>
Traffic on both PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and through the canyon (Malibu Canyon/LAs Virgenes Canyon) can be pretty heavy any evening at rush hour. But if you go after rush it is better. Most of the night life doesn't start until after 10:00 p.m. :)</p>

<p>Anyone going to Pepperdine from the south? I will be entering as an incoming freshman in 2007...... From a super small town in Arkansas here.</p>
