i got waitlisted!!! what are my chances of getting off the waiting list?

@runninglover - sorry, but waitlist chances are slim to none

Brandon-- Pitzer is looking for a specific fit… remember, they do not even require test scores if you hit a minimum gpa. They are looking for a dynamic, progressive student body that loves Pitzer, not just using it as an angle to access the other ccs. So congratulations! Will you go?

Do they send an email or something? because I checked the pitzer portal- which is supposed to give us our application ‘status’ and there is no information :p

Decisions are only released through snail mail. However, the one exception to this is international applicants; because mail can take a while, they are first notified by email.

Hmm, I guessed as much. But I live in England so I would have guessed that I’d have an email by now :p

Got my rejection in the mail today
Haha, I thought I’d get in but I’m pretty glad I didn’t. We forgot to fill out the necessary CSS Profile (Just did the FAFSA) so I wouldn’t afford it anyway; or I’d have to go through a hassle if I really wanted to go- just to get the aid. Yurgh.
Congratulations to all who did get in!! :D

@bburson: Yes I am going!!! I just framed my acceptance letter today. hahaah

as a pitzer student i can tell you that the school is dank, welcome newcomers

hey
so im an international student and i got a couple emails telling me that i was accepted, but I got a letter in the mail today from Pitzer that I’m not sure was the actual acceptance letter but maybe the follow up letter, because there was only one piece of paper in it and it had barely any information. What was supposed to be in the acceptance letter?

Accepted from Bay Area in Norcal as a Pritzker Scholar!
