<p>I’m actually very surprised with the results. I am going away on Tuesday and won’t be back the whole summer, leaving me no option but to prep on my own. Because of this, I got worried I wouldn’t be prepared without a course, hence the reason I made this thread. But from the results, it seems like people prefer self-studying. Props, props!</p>
<p>Tutors from prep companies like PR and Kaplan are completely useless. They just go over all of the material in their books. You could do this on your own.</p>

<p>That being said, I also had my soph and junior year PSATs as “prep,” I suppose. And I did take the SAT for the Johns Hopkins thing in 7th and 8th grade. I guess the SAT and I have just been long acquainted.</p>
