YEAHHHHH BOY 2030

I have a quick question.
My March scores are:
M - 700
CR - 690
W - 700
They were more or less the same with a grand total of 1390/2090
My October scores are:
M - 800
CR - 600
W - 750
Polarized with 1400/2150
The superscore for both tests would be 1490/2240
Is it bad that my reading went down so much? I'm afraid colleges won't like it. Especially because on my score report, that's the first one they'll see.

SAT 1:
CR - 570
M - 620
W - 630

SAT 2:
CR - 590
M - 600
W - 690

SAT 3:
CR - 600
M - 640
W - 680

I'm content with a 1920. I'll just hope for the best come application time.

These are my son's results. I'm posting this for him:

First SAT Taken ==> Second SAT Taken ==> This test (October 2007)

CR 540 ==> 560 ==> 650 (yes!!!!!)
M 700 ==> 650 ==> 660 (doesn't matter)-will take the 700 for superscore
W 520 ==> 580 ==> 600 (nice to be at the 600 -700 mark on all three parts)

Superscore (CR/M) went from 1240 ==> 1260 ==> 1350 (+110 points)
Superscore (CR/M/W) went from 1760 ==> 1840 ==> 1950 (+190 points)

Congratulations to him for studying hard--especially on the CR section--and getting (pretty much) the results he wanted.

May 2007
CR 690
M 730
W 790 (78/10)
Total: 2210

Oct 2007

W 800 (77/12)
Total: 2290

Why??

guys, if I got 780 for math, does that mean i got just ONE question wrong?!?!

If so I'm really gonna hate myself, because it's 800 780 800!!!!!

WTH. but my superscore is 2400. would that be alright? should I retake?!

God, I just hate when people do that...get a life!
If you wanna retake, then that means that
a) You actually think that it can increase your chances, in which case you're ignorant
or
b) You are just expecting people to tell you what an amazing score it is, and that it makes you a shoo-in, in which case you're just showing off

Either way, stop being such a loser

FellowCCViewer, it happened to a friend of mine last year - it's just collegeboard being retarded

you never got 800 on CR pmwosa! liar!

hey i'm sorry, I as actually thinking more of your option a) but after reading it for real i realised how stupid that sounds

thanks

Total - 2190

Oh yeah, man, I'm so happy ... !
Too bad I didn't finish my essay properly though.

good job danielcarp. its weird how your reading is the highest with math in the middle and writing the lowest. usually it seems like the reading and writing scores go together.

my native language is Spanish, Critical Reading I manage because you can analyze text in any language. I also like to read. Writing, however, depends solely on the language, grammar rules for Spanish are obviously different than those for English.

Thanks, andrea !

Yep - exactly how it was for me as well (I'm greek)

Hope this will inspire those who have not succeeded in the SAT game of testing.
