Official Posting Time

Wow, this sucks.

still not posted yet...

now it won't let me login. it won't let be go to the login page. it says error when i go to the logic page.

rarrrrrrrrrrrr

I think refreshing it 10 secs afterwards helps sometimes.

Probably not.

This whole college decisions thing is so frustrating...first there was Wash U with everybody thinking that decisions would come up on a certain day. They didn't. Johns Hopkins said that they had to push the decisions notifications back one day. Now here's Northwestern, not posting decisions when they said that would. It's hard to be in a good mood with all this stress and disappointment.

In the end everything will sort itself out. Best of luck to all of you. I'm gonna enjoy the rest of my day now.

Wow... callthecops... go to bed. It'll probably be there when you wake up... It's only 9:20PM here, or else I'd be moving on to my homework or something.

I think everyone needs to put this in a sane perspective... a college decision is a couple hours late because decisions were just done being made and EIGHTEEN THOUSAND people need to be notified. It sucks, sure, but it's understandable that they'd have difficulty sticking to a deadline. You should be happy that they care enough to really take their time making decisions, even under pressure. They're doing what is best for the school.

this is ridiculous. first it was saturday, then "officially" it was suppose to be tonight. im one of the people who actually called admissions who confirmed all these post about the decisions coming.......what a waist of time.

last year someone got their email.. at 8 pm (california time) to check if they got in.

http://www.ugadm.northwestern.edu/news/decisions.htm

Decisions ARE supposed to be posted tonight.

aeggie...they've already made the decisions. now its just an issue of posting them.

Isn't that what I said? And isn't that what the link also says?

Some people, on this same page, didn't know, so I re-posted it.

it doesn't say tonight, just ASAP.

hahahaha Wow when i left for band at around 6:00 there were only 2 pages in this thread. Now there are over 20. I love college confidential.

damn those people who said it was today

They have our future in thier hands, they have 70 bucks of our money, and they can't even give us the courtesy of posting our decisions when they SAY they will?

i think the secretaries in the admissions office themselves said it was today....yes damn them

Everyone take a deep breath, honestly. They are doing you a favor by giving you an approximate time when they were planning on posting them. ***** happens and things don't always go as planned. Just go do something else and check back sometime tomorrow. I know it is very exciting and it is hard not to just sit at the computer and check, but it shouldn't lead to high blood pressure and rage blackouts. The decisions have been made; if you got in then knowing today or tomorrow won't change that fact

jesus christ everyone...just calm down. Aeggie is right in saying you all need to put this in perspective, so CTFO. And the decision isn't going to be any different if you see it now or if you see it tomorrow morning.
