did you guys think the bio test was hard?

i didnt think that it was hard until i got home! then i read the whole sat bio thread & sparknotes message board...ugh...i wasnt really thrown off by any question but ppl seemed to have gotten very different answers. you? did you take e or m?

do u guys know the curve for the bio test?? what's the max you can get wrong to still get 750 or above

do u guys know the curve for bio? what's the max number i can get wrong to still get a 750 or above

I thought the Bio test was fairly hard, but mostly because I studied things that weren't on it. Also, I misinterpreted some of the questions and had recall issues that I shouldn't have had.

reversephych:

me too! the test wasnt like i had expected. i did a lot of practice tests & they werent like the actual test at all! i self studied, but i think that i was just confusing myself. i thought that some questions were fair, but some were badly worded or ambiguous.

and about the curve, JY9123, the curve is different for every administration. i think that this one is about fair. last year there was one with the ear (god, have to feel sorry for them; but likewise we had the eye)! usually 750 or above is a high raw score, but i think that the test is increasing in difficulty. its about 8 that you can get wrong.

I thought Bio was really easy, but I had 3-4 close calls that ended up being correct guesses :D

The sad thing is I looked at the picture of the eye the morning before the test and I remember my Barron's book tells you it might show up, AND I'm in psychology so I should know it by now.
I think I got 2/3 of the questions right, but who knows...
