So Brown, Stanford, MIT, Harvard seem like they all have increased yields! Hopefully Princeton’s does not cross 60%.

I haven’t received my decision either.

Got a letter today from Princeton that said their waitlist has closed and they will not be accepting anyone off of it. Guess that’s just how the numbers fell this year.

Yeah, I got the same letter that Princeton’s waitlist has closed. Too bad things didn’t work out at Princeton for everyone on the waitlist. I guess no one this year wanted to give up their spot, considering the acceptance rate was about 7% this year…

Wait, can someone post that letter or something. I have to see it to believe it.

We are a few miles from the Princeton University and my d did not get that letter.

I would be very surprised that Princeton has no spots if Harvard has a yield of 81%. Princeton has a lot more cross admits with Harvard, Stanford and Yale.

Only Stanford admitted enough people to hedge their bets and exceeded the class size.

I did not get a letter…and am really surprised they are not using the waitlist at all How sad!

I’m sorry, guys! I turned down Princeton for Yale, but so many of the people I met at Princeton Preview were set on matriculating at Princeton. Part of it might be because of Princeton’s jump in USWNR rankings and those Asian tiger parents pushing their kids to Princeton because “it’s just as good as Harvard” (something I overheard at Preview from a parent).

Good luck to all of you!

What Stonesn said.

My d got the letter also. The 2016 class is full and they did not take anyone off the waitlist.

Everyone should post where they’re going! Princeton may not be the place for us, but I’m sure that everyone else’s respective schools are great too, and I’d love to hear them.

I personally will be going to Emory, where I will major in neuroscience & behavior biology.

Does anyone know what Princeton admit and yield numbers are?

Also pretty disappointed. I will be at Columbia next fall:) anyone else?

I thought I’d be more disappointed, but I received a call yesterday informing me that I’ve been accepted to Yale off the waitlist! I never even imagined that I’d get into Yale, and I have a tough decision to make with Penn. I am, however, leaning toward Yale. Sucks about Princeton, but I’m glad I kept my options open and the only advice I can give is that love the school you’ll be going to. Most schools have similarly stellar academics, but each have their own personal quirks and opportunities for success, not only Princeton!

well on the bright side this means I won’t have to go through college decisions again haha. Dartmouth 2016!

Skylar, I’ll be at Columbia too!

I’ll be going to USC unless I get off a few waitlists at other places. :D

I’ll be going to Brown…not exactly a disappointment to say the least lol

Wanted yale, but rejected. Going to mit.
