zzibuya, I suggest you contact the schools that you are applying to and find out what policies each of the schools (since they are likely to vary) have on this issue. And I'm actually a US citizen (not that there makes much of a difference between permanent resident and citizen, I don't think).

I see. Well, I have been fretting over this status matter for months ever since I heard int'l are at disadvantage in admission game since the pool is so much more comptetitive as all the tops of each nation apply.

But, considering qb is majorly intended for citizens/green card holders, that could have made difference. Hope this does not apply to ED at all!

oh and gqunit, I have looked at your stats and it is indeed VERY VERY amazing! That's why I raised concerns about your int'l status b/c otherwise, it did not make sense to me at all that you got deferred.
I do believe that you will be accepted in RD pool at least!

And, intel, regardless of citizen status, I am just glad to know someone from OC gotaccepted to Pt already. I thought no one in my area ever gets into princeton :D (I live near Cerritos)

I know GQ from school (I'm on his history day team) and I'll give him a big hug from you all on monday (he'll probably punch me in the face). We have a Mrs. Dalloway test tomorrow though :P.

Wow dude, you have alot of posts here...

^dopamine, begone and never return! > : (

lol! WAHAHAHAHAHA~ well gq ur stats profiles and chances threads arent exactly discreet

lol that's fine. dopamine will get accepted to Wharton ED...so we are friends, not enemies.

I <3 you, as long as you keep that korean bbq coming.

I'm still having trouble concentrating on dalloway.

edit

you have over 500 more posts than me and you joined the same month as me!??!?

speaking of the number of posts, what exactly determines junior member/ senior member/ member etc status?
I have very few posts (compared to some others) and i have no idea how I became a junior member.

post more. you're already a junior member. 1000 for a senior member.

I'm a Jr. Member too! With only..37 (now 38) posts.

any more QB acceptees/deferees/rejectees?

ernie, we rejectees can party together ;)

intel, congrats.
you are amazing and i applaud you.
your parents must be estatic. kudos kudos!
i wish i were an american citizen, but i doubt that would've helped me much.
enjoy princeton and who knows? maybe i'll see you sometime!

now, just enjoy life.
ahh i'm so envious!

ONLY 9 PRINCETON QB Acceptees in the WORLD!!!!!

ARE YOU SERIOUS??????????????????
oh. my..

out of how many QB applicants?

how many princeton QBs were accepted last year?

gqunit how do you know?

congrats to those who made the cut :D

woow
congrats intel!!
very impressive!

lol i like how this thread (for 3 applicants) has >200 posts and last year's entire ED thread has a little over 400 posts

well, that's because we are starting a new ED thread closer to "that day"... though no one really knows when it'll come
