Best wishes, everyone!

I guess it’s begun. The countdown to the end.

Nice knowing you all! And if I don’t make it into Princeton, I hope we’ll meet each other someday!

I got in!! OMG OMG OMG OMG YES!!!

Why is no one following the template?

decisions were released?

They definitely haven’t been released. girlygrrl must be a ■■■■■.

Most people applied to multiple Ivies and top schools. It would be interesting to compare RD decision results from these schools in one place. To avoid redundancy, I’ve created a separate thread.

Please post your RESULTS SUMMARY using the Template below at this thread:

[/ul]General Comments: Ironically, one of my friends got a scholarship to Chicago, my first choice (but I need a scholarship to go there), and I got into Princeton, her first choice, while she didn’t. So neither of us get to go where we want because we got what the other one wanted.

Decision: Rejected

Objective:[ul]
[] SAT I (breakdown): 2400

Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): None?
Reflection
Strengths: Major awards/stats
Weaknesses: Essays (didn’t spend as much time as I should have)
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Who really knows? Do what you love.
Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Stanford (rejected), Duke (waitlisted), accepted to Dartmouth, Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, Williams, Amherst, Oxford, Emory, Vanderbilt, UChicago, WashU, Northwestern, Georgetown, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Cal Tech, MIT, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins, Michigan, Oxford, Tufts, Boston University.
General Comments: Good Luck!! The moral of my story is to not apply to a lot of colleges because Stanford didn’t accept you in the EA round. Though apparently a lot of people did this. Also, don’t get down because you got rejected by Stanford and waitlisted by Duke. The Ivies might still like you!
