Official Princeton University Canadian Thread!!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

PrincetonWannabe, can you please post the method you used to figure out if a Fedex package was coming for you during the ED round? We would all appreciate knowing this as April 1st approaches.

Thanks and best of luck to everyone!

Jean Leloup

i just called the Fedex number.. any fedex number. doesn't have to be 1800 number. and just do the same thing you did with DHL.. tell them you can't have a tracking number b.c the school is sending out thousands of these and there is no way for you to even know if one is sent to you and that's why you're checking...

question about Canadian financial aid applicants..

since we cannot send in the 2004 tax return since they're not available... did any ofyou get contacted regarding this missing info?? i peronslly have not been contacted, and i am a bit concerned since they only do FA for admitted students.. could this be a sign that i'm already rejected?

Hey,

Well I didn't send my tax return to them and they did contact me on the 17th to tell me about the missing information. PrincetonWannabe, I don't believe that one can make an assumption that I will get accepted because of this and you not. My understanding is that the financial aid and admissions offices work seperately and that the Finaid office tries to get a complete form from all applicants that mark that they will apply for aid on their application. Don't give up until you call FeDex next Friday. hehe

Later

Jean

they do work together.. when i called today, the lady told me they only do the FA for admitted students.. and not everyone.

i'm starting to worry too...since i haven't gotten contacted for not sending in the 2004 tax forms...but i'm going to try to be optimistic and tell myself that it doesn't mean anything...
