@Neelius I got the exact same email pretty much for early action and I was deferred. I got the email about 15 days before decisions were released.

somewhere on CC i read about some harvard guy who doesnt think getting into harvard did thaaat much for him. he gave an interesting view on how majority of harvard graduates fare equally as well as those from other schools. suddenly, i wasnt afraid of a top tier rejection anymore. if you dont get into princeton, you wont be missing out on too much. success is in the person??not the school??

As D-day grows closer, I just wanted to say I know most of us are not going to get in, but the fact that you even applied to Princeton says that you are an outstanding student. I’m sure if you don’t get in to Princeton then you will find some other amazing university to go to. And remember if you don’t get accepted, you are just too awesome for Princeton. Anyways, try to keep calm during these last three days. Good luck to you all!

@MrElonMusk I got many rejections and waitlists thus far, I’m not sure if miracles work for me. Afterall, international student+full ride is quite rare add to that 1360 sat… I’m losing hope
yes @akrem111 my sister got in SCEA with 1340 (SAT 2 : 700, 640, 710) . Stuff happens and you find yourself admitted without a clue how it happened.
@akrem111 have faith in yourself. You did what could do. Remember, anything is possible.

@MrElonMusk I used to have that faith but rejections from williams, colby, grinnell, yale nus, dickinson, bowdoin, ahmrest and waitlists at kenyon, wealeyan, connecticut … it’s quite hard to keep that faith
But let’s keep believing in good
