^that’s a great idea…now all we have to do is get in :D

hahaha. I am so nervous. I keep trying to distract myself with homework and EC’s, but it is difficult since I am a runner…too much time to think in running

I want to do homework and run. BUT I’M TOO ANXIOUS. haha I don’t even know why. I was so calm about it a few days ago, but now I’m freaking out. I think I had accepted my rejection, but now I have a bit of hope. I liked it better when I was expecting rejection. :P

Ugh only three more days!

^ I feel ya. I was perfectly calm a week ago, but now I keep thinking of reasons they would accept me, and then reasons they would reject me, then I feel super anxious…
All my friends are posting college acceptances on facebook, but none to Ivy’s…mostly state schools

@babyaztec - must’ve not seen the reply due to the barrage of posts. In any case, congratulations are in order!

Just about 72 hours to go. I’m super anxious - yale did not accept even a single student from india, in the early round. Highly unusual.

I wonder if the application statuses are indicative of our decisions…D:

Derivative, I highly doubt that, for two major reasons. A, that would be entirely silly of them. And B, I just tried to log on, and I got this:

"Error 404–Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol – HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Has anyone lost access to the application tracker page?

^ got my answer.
It was bound to happy, since the notification page is separate from the application tracker. Good thinking, shutting down the tracker (which nervous people like us frequent for some sort of clue). That way they reduce the load on their servers.

I hate these cycles of “I mean… I can get accepted!” And then " but at the same time I might not…" The agony!

I know what you guys are feeling.

On another paranoid note, when did you guys receive the emails telling you about checking your status on the 18th. My friend and I got them about 30 minutes apart and we’re freaking out, and are debating whether they divided them up into lists (like Accepted, Denied, Deferred) or just sent them out alphabetically/randomly?

@thekd95 thank you! And good luck! I really hope a lot of you guys get accepted :)

@Und3rC0ver 6:46 PM PST and if it helps, my last name is kind of in the middle of the alphabet.

6:46 PM PST as well, my name is at the tail end of the alphabet :)

I got it at 9:46 EST so that sounds good =D. My friend got it at 10:08 so we were freaking out. I hope it doesn’t mean anything.

8:00 Mountain
Last name at beginning of alphabet

haha oh dear, I think we’re all over analyzing things a bit. But if it’s to anyone’s concern, I got mine at 6:46.

8:09 Mountain Time Zone, last name at the beginning of the alphabet. AH.

I got mine at 8:46 Central ST, and I’m middle of the alphabet. Looks like I line up with quite a few of you guys but I think we’re probably over analyzing haha

I agree with everyone else; this is a little bit much haha.
But hey! At least you will guys will know your admissions status on Tuesday :)

We’re definitely over analyzing. So, guys, do you think Princeton would have liked the fact that I’ve won awards at a competition run by Princeton? I’ve taken second place overall and 3 “top attorney awards” at their bi-yearly Moot Court Competition. It’s technically a nationally recognized event, which is lovely for apps. I actually wrote about my experiences there as my supplement.

Ahhhh I got mine at 10:08 est… Last name in the beginning of the alphabet too. Hopefully this doesn’t mean anything…
