i'd say you've got a good shot at the last6 for sure. Harvard, also. Yale is almost impossible to get into...so I dunno. (I don't expect to get in either!!)

I would think that Yale is easier to get into than Harvard...but who knows!

Good luck to all! :D

Btw, would I have better chances of getting accepted if there are only 2 students from my country @ the particular college/university? Tx :)

helen-percentage wise its harder 3.2ish percent to 5.6ish percent, as well as in total number of admits (30ish for yale, 55ish for harvard)

Helen where are you from.

All I really care about is Brown. Any thoughts on my chances there, please?

Hey everyone, I am new here, and here is my story.
I am in my 2nd year at a CC, witha 3.64 GPA.
I have applied to: USC(first choice!), Pepperdine, Santa Clara, SDSU, Cal Poly (Pomona and SLO), CSU Chico, Sacramento, and Stanislaus.
So far I am in at:Cal Poly SLO, Cal Poly Pomona, and Stanislaus.
I am still waiting everywhere else.
My first choice is USC for sure, that place is awesome. And of course Pepperdine is really close, and Santa Clara, but I really want USC!
Both my high school GPA and SAT scores were not very good, but since I will have 60 units when I transfer, I do not think they will be taken into account. Also, I do not have very many EC's, just a memeber of the Honor Society.
Oh yeah, and I am poly sci major.
That is my story, if anyone has any questions, ask away.
Kyle
