<p>What did you guys put for both authors main point is.. its like the first question in the double passage. What about the sentence completions about the scientists claim about babies..</p>

<p>Question: what's wrong with 'had begun' in the grizzly bear sentence? Isn't that just the past perfect form of begin? I wasn't sure if it had to be a different form of the verb, but I think 'had begun' is pretty valid in that context. An explanation would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>pinstriped, "had begun" should be correct, I think; I chose no error.</p>
