Results are up!!! Son was accepted. Good luck to all!

I got in as well.
Congrats to those who have been accepted!

Son was accepted as well. Unfortunately, I do not expect to be able to afford for him to attend.
Congrats to all who will be there next year!

jcc, I have the same concern. I am hoping that they accept competitors coupons. I have actually been investing for his tuition for years, but none of those lottery tickets (the lottery in SC is called the “SC Education lottery”) have paid off yet.

Anyhow, Congrats to you and melissaj2011!

Accepted. : >

ACCEPTED! lets go!

Daughter Accepted!

Daughter got accepted!!!

Daughter accepted. Even with Palmetto Lottery Scholarship. Still not affordable

Accepted! But not sure about how good financial aid will be…

How are you finding out about scholarships?

Has anyone from SC received a SC Tuition Grant for Furman? Apparently it was determined by FAFSA…anyone have a clue what this is?

Yes, we recieved a notification by email directly, I am not sure who sent the email. The way I understand it, all SC residents automatically get it when they attend a SC private school. I actually recieved it 25+ years ago and it was $2600 back then. It’s still just $2600.

Yep, daughter gets $2600 from SC for Furman. Got email sometime last week.

ah, okay. thanks for info!

Why can’t we write on the Furman University Class of 2015 group’s wall???

daughter accepted!

@lgoldie00 : The admin for the initial Furman 2015 group left the group, rendering it unusable. I’ve created a new page for those accepted to “like” here: [Furman University Class of 2015 | Facebook](Redirecting...)
