<p>I really LOVE how it says in the letter, "We know this is disappointing news to receive; for that reason, and to be environmentally conscious, you will not be sent a paper copy of this letter by mail unless you instruct us otherwise." How nice of them to "care about the environment." Great excuse... not.</p>
