Hey all! Just thought we could introduce ourselves for all class of 2014 RD Wes hopefuls!

I'm from SoCal, and really looking forward to Wes' film studies program! I also like the passion and diversity in the student body. One of my top choices! In my spare time, I enjoy participating on my school's wrestling team, being a leader (lol), and watching lots and lots of MOVIES!

Wes’ research department is fantastic, and their English department is amazing, too! Personally, I just love the atmosphere of Wes. The campus is gorgeous, and everyone is so friendly! I’m a bit of a movie junkie, too, and an insane bookie. And a complete science nerd, but that’s to be expected. Aside from the academic shtuffs, I love being around people, too. =]

Wes is most definitely one of my choices, so I’m hoping I get accepted! =]

Hey! I’m from California too (Central Valley though) and I’m interested in the College of Letters and the College of Social Studies. I really like the diverse student body and the range of the programs that it offers relative to other LACs. Hopefully I get accepted.

Hi! I’m from Long Island. =) If I end up at Wes (hopefully… Wes is kind of a reach for me), I’ll be looking forward to both the Anthropology and Russian departments. It’s cool to see fellow NYers here!

Did you say you were a bookie? As in you take gambling bets? Or am I missing something lol. But hey…not the worst profession
Do you want to be a critic? I’ve considered it.

@Sleepyz: I’m on Long Island, about 45 minutes (by train, of course) from you! Woot woot! =]

@Popn: Of course. Just don’t tell the cops that; it might blow my cover. I’m a huge fan of regular books, too. Are you asking me if I want to be a critic?

Lol Dramacratic, I think popnpoper misread your name.

Hi,
I’m Ema from Bosnia. Spent 5 weeks at Wes two years ago doing a writing program. Loved it. Prospective psych major. Maybe English as well.
Want to fast-forward to April :(

Woah, you’re from Bosnia? That’s awesome. Funny thing, my twin sister actually has a friend from there (I think her name is Emma or something as well). Random world. I think Emma’s a common name there, right?
