Subjective:
Essays: I thought my essays were good--very introspective, emotional, thought-provoking
Teacher Recs: I read two (the ones for admission) and they were awesome! I didn't read the specific Emory Scholars rec though, but my AP U.S. History teacher loved me.
Counselor Rec: I didn't read it but she really liked me. Only downside I can think of is that she's new this year and has a lot of kids to write for.
Interest: Since I live in Atlanta, I've visited campus at least half a dozen times for specific Saturday and Sunday programs, and I was able to check almost all the boxes on the "What interest have you shown" section.
Hook (if any): None that I can think of--I'm decently well-rounded but I don't excel in one specific area.
