You all seem so nice! I wish you all the best
I just want this to be over… it’s actually driving me crazy. I keep getting distracted instead of studying for finals yikes!
I can’t go to sleep, I’m so anxious lol
I applied engineering for CS. Also, decisions will come out Thursday at the latest. As I said earlier in the thread, my college counselor called Rice and they specifically told her that they would release by the 15th. With that being said, it could be tomorrow (but that seems unlikely). I have been betting on Thursday.
im an RD applicant just sitting here like xD
Has anyone here visited Rice? What did y’all think of it?
I visited Rice twice. The first time, I fell in love with Rice. The second time, I fell in love with Rice again.
@tobias1234 it’s beautiful! It’s right in the middle size wise and it has a really open feel to it. The pictures don’t do it justice, honestly. It reminds me a lot of Harry Potter.
I visited! I loved it so much! As a Chicago girl, I can’t wait to escape the cold!
I’ve visited a few times. It’s absolutely wonderful. The campus is beautiful, the people are friendly, the architecture is unique and varied and interesting, there’s cool sculptures, and the residential halls are really neat. I got to have lunch in a servery, and the food was great. My absolute FAVORITE part in terms of aesthetics was the inside of the engineering building. It’s so beautiful and unique. I applied for bioengineering, with chemical as my second. I sat in on a few classes during Discover Rice and the classrooms were very cool too. Nothing like a high school classroom.
Was anyone else at Discover Rice? And anyone else going for bioengineering?
