<p>SirGecko; can you share anything about the… ahem… “party culture” in Alspaugh ? Helicopter moms want to know…FWIW, my D ( NOT ME!) asked for “Wellness”; but wanted to do Focus, so is assigned with her Focus mates. I know she will be fine but…</p>

<p>@Shrinkrap: That can kind of vary from year to year. I know my freshman year they were kind of notorious for bad behavior but that really depends on who is living there. Like all dorms on East you are going to have a “party” element but it should be rather contained as they aren’t allowed to have alcohol on East. (and as RA’s we check out any loud disturbances, so anyone trying to throw a party in their room won’t get too far before they are written up and all of their alcohol is dumped down the toilet) Really any freshman that want to drink should just go to West.</p>
