<p>This letter just states that they have not yet made a decision on your preferred admission. Don’t get your hopes up too much because of this letter, many kids who got this letter did end up being denied eventually. You MAY be a lucky one if you are OOS and have 3.8 GPA and 31 > ACT.</p>
<p>D got a similar note around April 1, and was denied mid-April, so I think they have been doing their decisions in batches. They seem to have got to your Ross application mid April as they indicate. You will most likely hear by the end of the day today, to give you at least the weekend to consider your choices and make the May 1 deposit deadline.</p>
<p>Another student posted a wait list letter that clearly indicated that they may extend an offer of admission after May 1, if their yield on their accepted students is low.</p>
<p>If you do get in it will be a exhilarating anyway, so prepare for the worst and expect the best! Good luck.</p>
