Missouri Compromise: prohibit slavery north of 36 30 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missouri_compromise (I'm only on the 11th page of this thread and wanted to post before I forget what to say)

What did you guys get for the chart with the statistics of number of employees employed in the White House? Great Depression made employment decline?

Yea I got the GD made employment decline

im not sure...i think i put increased spending for kennedy/johnson in vietnam..i dont remember if that was the same question though

it would appear that way??

i hope its a generous curve.

how many wrong for a 700 again?

for missouri said the 36,30 too

but the M. Compromise didn't eliminate slavery above the border forever... (ie: Kansas Nebraska Act)

yeah missouri was definitely 36 30

i said missouri compromise... temporary tension relief

i put vietnam too

yea it was most definitely a delay of conflict

well wat was the exact question?

state votes for war of 1812... most southern states were for the war?

it was delay of conflict. it can be 36 30 b/c missouri is above 36 30

it was a delay of conflict cuthe 36 30- thing didnt last

yeah southern states

i dont even remember it...all i remember is putting 36 30...however, it was declared unconstitutional in dred scott...IF dred scott came before the kansas nebraska act, then it would make sense

What about the farm/nonfarm chart?

Was it something like farmers didn't get as much, hence, the lower total avg?

Yea southern states were for the war

What was the Vietnam question ?

Yea i think it was Genesis, wasnt that the Q where it was like, what does the chart NOT show, and it didnt show anything about the farmers
