i meant that they couldnt marry

Yea on the women one, I got it down to marriage and seperate living quarters, I think i went with living quarters. For the Pol cartoon I think i said the one that had to do with precedent on expansion or w/e

i think i put marriage for the women one

What was the answer to the last question about the time period of the picture of the old man with depression and wages?

I said 1931-1940 I think, cuz it said "old" depression

Are you all SURE that it said European? I could have sworn that it said British.

I put down marriage & that McKinley justified expansion based on successful expansion of the past.

What did you all put for the women's rights/slave rights quote?

Nice repeat of the Wilson cartoon, hahaha.

wat were the answers choices again?

What about the question about why it was hard for settlement west of new york?

For women's rights/slave rights?
I was between "supporters of women's rights often supported abolition" and "the abolitionist movement stemmed from the women's rights movement." I chose the former.

yeah the last one was 1931-1940 because of the eagle stamp - symbol of the NRA

What did you guys get for that Q about who had the most to do with improvement of living conditions or something to that extent. I said Jacob Riis

yeah ^ agree

yeah it was jacob riis, because of his book how the other half lives

Yea I got the same answer for that abolition Q

The NY Q, I said b/c of french and indians, I'm really not sure though

settlement west of new york= indians and french i think??

i was gonna say that but i guess with palimentary something

For the Indians in the Pacific Northwest, was it fishing and hunting?

That's what I put, but I was guessing.

No idea on that either, you're prolly right but I said they needed a strong central leadership
