<p>I wouldn't be surprised if I can claim that mantle. The last time I took the SAT was 7 years ago; I got a 660 math, 600 verbal back then. This time, I got a 800 critical reading, 740 math (and 800 writing)... So I had a 280 point improvement from one to the next. If you count the fact that I got a 670 on the SAT II: Writing and then got an 800 this time, that's a 410 point improvement.</p>

<p>I've also improved a lot. Last year I got CR 630 M 680 W 610 and now I have CR 730 M 780 W 800. Which is +390 pts. So ~400pt improvements are not impossible.</p>
