Obviously look I got a 670 and these scores can get you into pretty good colleges. If you had scored higher a bit, you would’ve increased your chances of getting accepted by ivy league schools.
800… but ironically I got a 790 on Math which was curved far more leniently haha.

780 here. I was in chem honors, but I had a bad teacher… I basically studied everything myself. I am so happy with it. I also got an 800 for math level 2.

@collgefreak with you on this one, i love everyone on this thread but there’s more to life than a 50 point difference. U r more than just a number. The fact that you’re even taking an sat2 shows ur dedicated, and colleges want that. Most people don’t even know the sat2’s exist. I got a 750 on this and 790 on math 2 and rather than cry about what i got wrong, I’m proudly gonna report both when i apply to cornell early action.

Okay I hate to add to the madness but I made a 710. I know that’s not the best but given that I made an 800 on Math 2 will it be that huge of a deal to top colleges like Columbia and stuff? I need to take the SAT in October before early admission, so I don’t really have the time to retake, but I at least want to know if it’s completely necessary for me to retake with a 710 because some of the people on here are acting like they’re gonna be homeless from making a 750…
My brother took chem honors and got a C in the class both semesters. He got a 740. Decent enough.

Hey guys, I got a 770 on this test. I also took bio (molecular) and got a 770 as well. The thing is, I only need to send one of these scores to the college, as I have another subject test that I scored better on. Do you guys recommend sending the bio or the chem test? Which one would you think would look better?
@tylerfrenchfrye your SAT is more important than the subject tests. If you already have a decent score on the SAT/ACT I would take the subject test again. Otherwise, if you need to pick up your SAT score, you should probably take it instead. A 710 is not bad, I just feel like some people are overreacting due to a initial shock. After they accept their scores, they should be fine!

Is there a google doc for this test or a compilation of the questions and corresponding answers? (for those of us who are retaking in October)
So I made a 760 on chem and an 800 on bio. I wanted to be able to take Math 2, but I didn’t have the time to study for it this time around. My SAT currently stands at a 2140. I’m confident that I can make a high 700 on math, if not an 800. Should I take math 2 in October or the SAT again? I’m planning on applying to Rice, UC Berkeley, and a couple Ivies.
