<p>@anonymityftw - don’t worry about it yet! I pored over old SCA threads and it seems like most of the applicants that hear from USC in the early wave don’t hear from SCA until the later wave.</p>
<p>Also, I know it’s not healthy to dwell on status updates but… are there any other SCA applicants who are stuck on “We received the fall grades we requested, and require no additional information at this time. We will mail decisions to freshman applicants by April 1st.”?</p>

<p>okay, whew. It seems like everyone outside of SCA has a “forwarded” status so I was getting worried.</p>
<p>Oh, yeah, I’m stuck on that too. For a couple weeks now. Either they haven’t updated SCA statuses after the midyear report status or we’re all not getting in.</p>
<p>I’m gonna go with the former.</p>

<p>I found out some info. USC CA department are reviewing apps. They tell the main university admissions department of their decision. Then the university notifies the prospective student. And yes, got the party line of letting us know by 4/1 (April Fools!)</p>

<p>That’s what they told me when I emailed them too. I wonder if there’s a certain order they review them in (by major, etc).</p>
<p>OK. On another forum, someone wrote that they called SCA and told that decisions have been made for undergrad. and letters should be going out “with in the next 2-3 weeks.” But, don’t hold your breath :)</p>

<p>how many people on that forum would you say are applying to SCA for each program?</p>
<p>I was looking at last year’s list here and all of the CS applicants got rejected… :/</p>
<p>Dupside: I thought one (LOL) got in to one of the programs…Do you know if any of the undergrads get wait listed for spring semester or is that only the grad students? I can’t recall where, but someone listed the number of students for each of the programs-I recall that screenwriting was like 11 students and production may have been 30 or 60?? It is not very many. I remember when I toured in late August (the first week of school) there were lots of students milling around…The first two years, with the exception of an intro to film class, undergrads are pretty much just taking gen ed classes.</p>
