So I plan on applying to Santa Clara for Early Action, with a due date of November 1st. I have taken the sat before but took it again in October, hoping to get a better score, but did not officially request the scores to be sent. I get the score back October 27th and intend to send the best score immediately when available. However, I have discovered that the scores will not be received by Santa Clara for at least a week or two. Does anybody know Santa Clara’s policy on official score reports? There website implies that they are due on November 1st, but if I submit an official report with my application on October 27th and official reports will arrive a week or so later, is this okay, or will my application not be considered complete on time?
Or simply what the general policy of schools are for official score reports
Santa Clara says that “October is the last month to take standardized tests” for ED or EA https://www.scu.edu/admission/undergraduate/key-deadlines/ That necessarily means that test scores can arrive after Nov 1 since October ACT scores will not even be out until November 8.
