All of those require official score reports. When you applied for the tests, did you specify colleges for which you wanted a free send of your score? If so, it was sent soon after your score came out and you need do nothing further for those colleges. Otherwise, you need to order the scores sent to each colege (and there is a fee per college). You can do it on-line at the College Board’s site for the SAT (collegeboard.com) or ACT’s site (act.org); if you prefer, those sites also provide phone numbers you can call to order by phone.

Also, for your information, Yale’s November 1 Early Action deadline is not the deadline for its receipt of official test scores. It accepts scores through the October test date even though they may arrive after Nov 1. It also accepts Nov test date SAT II scores for its EA admissions. (What Yale does is generally true of all colleges with EA or ED November app date deadlines.) If you already have scores, you should order them sent now. If it is the October test and you do not have the score yet, order it as soon as your score comes out.

“does that mean i have to spend lots of money sending the score??”

Unfortunately, yes, unless you listed the college on your test app as one to receive scores for no charge. There is a charge per sending to each college. With SAT, if you order any test sent to a college, College Board automatically sends all test scores it has for you (both SAT and SAT IIs) to the college for one charge. With ACT, it sends only particular test score you request to be sent and does not automatically include other scores if you took the ACT multiple times. In fact, its charge for a sending is per test per college and if you want to send another test score to the same college, you need to order it separately and pay another charge.
