So what are you guys doing to cope the anxiety until next Friday?

With such low acceptance rates, I’m just going to expect a rejection. It would be great to get at least one program though…

It helps if you’ve already gotten into another research program-I was just accepted to work at the University of Illinois on the Chicago Diabetes Project! Not sure if I want to go to that or SIMR, so I guess we’ll see on Friday!

Oh nice, congratulations! A lot of the programs I applied to don’t come out until after SIMR, but I guess I have the lab I’ve been working at to fall back on if I don’t get anything…

Has anyone heard? :(

I’m guessing the majority of the decisions will come out Friday

well, I did get accepted to…

…rejections from jackson labs as well as the colleges HPS
lol

So scared :(

I got rejected from Jackson Lab too! I don’t think I’m going to get into any programs this year… oh well…

If there’s anything that can save me it’s my essays!

I think the essays are more important than 200 points on the SAT for stuff like this. They really wanna see passion for science and research.

Gaah only 4 days

4 more days!!!

Last summer, I applied for the CSSSI internship @ Stanford, apparently the acceptance rate for that program was close to 4%. Makes me feel slightly less but still very anxious.

Good luck to all!

April 4th, right?

yupp @jelly765 april 4th

Oh I did Csssi last year. The acceptance rate is definitely not 4%…

.

Wait @sunny1000100 are you talking about SIMR? I thought they were only coming out by friday :(

april fool’s!!! haha thought to just lighten up the mood before Friday :/

Oh nice haha @sunny1000100 that was pretty good. what do you think are your chances? Want to post your stats? Randomly takes off the edge haha

Anyone want to post stats actually? Try to figure out chances :P
