Now that we have an idea of what we got from the Discussion Thread lets see what are real scores are. Post your scores here on September 28. ( I think scores come out at 5 AM) :)

that’s. my. birthday.

5AM Eastern?

Didn’t they usually come out like Tuesday Midnight or something last year? How did this change?

Wow, it’s gotten a lot longer to get your scores online. Didn’t it used to be like less than 2 weeks?

that is regardless of whether or not we did writing section right? (I did)

Does anyone know when our status switches from registered to tested or whatever?

ACT publishes the test results form the four sections first and the writing test results a little later (they say two weeks). They will not send the results until writing is available but you know the composite as soon as they are available.

selter01, I got my test results on my birthday too.

Scores are released online at midnight Iowa time.

Can scores be sent right after they appear online even if I took the writing test?

Good question: I think not, Act has this on their website. You may need to call ACT and find out.

[ACT FAQ : When will the college receive my scores?](ACT Registration | ACT Testing Dates | The ACT Test)
When will the college receive my scores?

Colleges receive ACT score reports according to the reporting schedule they request—at least every two weeks. For that reason, score reports requested at the same time may be sent to different colleges at different times. Colleges that receive scores only electronically might not review priority reports. Other colleges may receive paper reports sent by first-class mail and delivered within a few days. It is not unusual, however, for there to be some time between when a college receives your report and when the scores are added to your admissions file.

It varies on when your ACT writing score is available. I checked mine in April the day they came out, and it wasn’t there. Yet it was a couple days later. So, it’s probably not going to be two weeks.

Excellent…thanks.

i can’t wait! i think i did really good!

Hey,

Did anyone else’s status change from Register to Tested? Hopefully that’s a good sign and scores will be on time… maybe…

Yeah. I’m tested.

At this point two years ago you could hack in the system and see your scores early. Shame they closed that up now.

I’m so nervous…

TESTED!!! This is such a relief after getting my scores late last time. Hope this is a sign of more good things to come.
