[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Didn’t stand out too much, no major awards[/li][/ul]General Comments: I’m totally okay with my rejection, actually. Taking it way better than I thought I would, because I’ve always been on the fence between Stanford and UCLA as my dream schools, and after getting rejected, I realized that UCLA probably has a much better fit for me than Stanford does. I’m glad the admissions officers were able to realize I wouldn’t fit in at Stanford before I realized it. [:
That being said, congratulations to everyone who got accepted! I’m sure you all will have a wonderful time at Stanford, and I’m truly happy for everyone who got in.
To those who were deferred, good luck! Three months will be over before you know it.
And to those rejected like me, please don’t be too upset about it. I’m sure all of you will find a college where you can happily pursue your dreams. After all, everyone says college is what YOU make of it, right?</p>
