<p>honestly, i don’t think those predicted scores are very accurate. just my experience. but the sat isn’t really that hard to study for either, and it really shouldn’t be of any concern to any of you at this early stage.</p>

<p>actually Groton does factor FA into admission decisions. The letter they sent said that they will give free tuition to families under 75 k a year, but if you read on, it says that students applying for FA will be in a much more competitive pool.</p>

<p>I think this means that FA and admissions decisions are made separate like they say. Perhaps the difference in acceptance is that non-FA applicants are just a stronger pool, which makes sense–more money=more opportunities to shine.</p>

<p>I notice that you always turn down insight when offered. You only see what you want to see and when someone says something that probably is true, you get very defensive. These people are acting just as picky as admissions officers so, you should understand all the insight and learn from it.</p>
