General Comments:

^^I fail at formatting…sorry, guys! :)

No problem on the formatting - we got the underlying information. Your error was not taking out the space between the left bracket and the word “list”. First time I filled one of those I went through the ‘preview post’ button about six times before I got all the spaces out next to the brackets.

Oh… Congratulations! And it looks like your family is already set with sweatshirts, t-shirts and the like. That should offset some of the tuition costs. 8)

[/ul]Subjective:[ul]
[] Essays: my common app was about how reading has helped me become resourceful and learn about the outside world. I’m really proud of my why swat essay. I focused on Swat’s amazing discourse of ideas, and inclusiveness of the community.
[] ECs: I was a wandering explorer, in and out of a bunch of clubs throughout high school. I ditched stuff when members became power-hungry for leadership positions or the activity got boring. So a lot of random stuff. To be honest I left most of my school activities off the application, since stuff like Model UN and French club seemed boring. If anyone wants my resume/activities list, PM me.
[] Teacher Recs: Biology and English teacher, I hope they were good since I used to talk a lot with them about random observations about social behavior.
[] Counselor Rec: I hope it was pretty awesome, though she thinks I’m outgoing yet socially awkward
[] Hook (if any): science/math person who’s also into development economics, immigrant from Japan
[/ul]Location/Person:[ul]
[] State or Country: CA
[] School Type: Private
[] Ethnicity: Asian
[li] Gender: Female[/li][/ul]**Other Factors: **
**General Comments: I think I really showed my curiosity and intellectual passion in my essays. I was worried because my grades weren’t that good (even mix of A’s and B’s) and I didn’t have any leadership positions, so I was happily surprised when Swat accepted me! **

**Decision: Accepted! **
