StudyandParty26 - When did you get your PennState/Jefferson - Was it through postal mail, email or your status changed on the portal

@StudyAndParty26 what are the rest of your stats? like grades/GPA, ECs, etc.

I heard from Union/AMC via email on January 5th. I heard from Penn State/Jefferson via portal at first then through email then on Thursday I got a letter in the mail.
GPA- 3.8
EC- Soccer, basketball, NHS, Language Honors Society, Health Care Clubs, Hospital Volunteering,Shadowing, Soccer Coaching, Chemistry and Biology tutor
Work- Private Pre-Algebra tutoring, Soccer Referee, Algebra 1 tutor for math tutoring company
Attend a high school specific to medicine, won awards in medical terminology competitions
Luck? What do you guys think?

Do any of you know if Union/AMC interviews are sent in batchā€™s. This wait is killing us. Did anyone call AMC already ?

They sent out an email asking me to submit an essay saying iā€™ve qualified for the next stage or something along those lines

@bsmdcan Im not sure if they are sent in batches but its weird. My supplemental was due December 15th while my friendā€™s supplemental was due December 4th and he hasnā€™t heard anything yet.

Hi Guys, I did apply to Stony Brook too and any idea on how many spots available or how many applicants too for the BS/MD Program? Also, can you guys give me an idea of your stats? Would be helpfulā€¦ I will post tooā€¦

I had my interview with about 10 others yesterday. was contacted about it a while ago however.

Also got some stats about the rutgers/njms program: 250 applied/20-30 interviewed/10 accpeted

I do live in NJ however so the policies are possibly different.

@Lucky139 did you get interviewed with Rutgers Newark or at NJMS ? Also did you mean of the 250 Applied only 10 accepted applicants got forwarded to NJMS? If thatā€™s the case then thatā€™s a pretty BIG cut !
