Rank or % estimate: 1/60 but my school doesn't formally rank its students
Essays: Common app I wrote about Model UN... both my college counselor and I really liked it. In the short answer about F&M I talked about the appeal of a small school with a tight community and the new biology-psychology-neuroscience building on-campus
Teacher Recs: excellent (i hope)... but teachers knew me well and really like me
Counselor Rec: also excellent (i hope)... the school college counselor and I get along well
Hook (if any): my prosective major is neuroscience which is a bit unusual and ties in with the new biology-psychology-neuroscience building on campus
State or Country: CT
School Type: private
Ethnicity: white
Gender: female
Legacy: not technically, however I did include on my application the fact that my great-grandfather attended Franklin & Marshall a graduated from it in 1907
Recruited Athlete & Sport: I contacted the field hockey coach but was not formally recruited
Important ECs: field hockey, model un, school newspaper, school choir
Other Factors: had an interview with an admissions officer whcih was so-so (she told me I was "overqualified" in the interview but that didn't seem to have made a difference in my acceptance!!!)
