Is it just me or have the threads for individual colleges and universities disappeared? All I can see are subtopics when I try alphabetical list of colleges, or top universities. Sometimes, the alphabet or school names will briefly display but then be replaced with the subtopics before I can select a school. Any advice?

@romanigypsyeyes, I received this reply: “Can we have her try Ctrl-F5 to refresh her browser cache?” It has something to do with a caching issue. That’s all I know! Can you give this a try and let me know what happens?
Sure but considering it happens on my phone, too, how do I do that there?

Ok, I did the ctrl-F5. Will let you know if it keeps happening. Some days it doesn’t happen at all, some days it is constant.
I wonder if any of the phone logouts have anything to do with sync.
I was wondering if CC is annoyed by all of our complaints then I realized - hey! we are their new testers of this version and we don’t even get paid. I hope they are appreciating the time some of you are putting in to help them fix all their glitches. I wonder how many people just give up and leave CC?

10:26 a.m on Tuesday April 29. I just got logged out…again. Oddly, I didn’t refresh, but just hit the actual forum I wanted, and poof, I was miraculously logged back on.
ETA…in addition, this post right here posted to the forum AND saved as a draft.
11:37 on Tuesday. Logged out again. This time it again went to the list format on the mobile site (like what I see on my iPhone). I am NOT using the mobile site. I am accessing CC via safari on my iPad. And anyway, when I click on a forum from that mobile site list I see, I am logged back in miraculously, and am back in the regular format.
When I have reported this here in the past, I have been told that the tech folks can’t duplicate my issue.
I can’t believe I’m the ONLY one having this happen. I might be the most consistent I reporting it here, but I’d wager others are having the same difficulty.
Didn’t the tech team supposedly fix the general log out issue? Then the fix stopped working, yes? After 3+ months with very few fixes, I’m guessing that the snail’s pace isn’t going to improve. It may slow down.
The thing that is ODD to me…if I’m logged out, shouldn’t I have to log back in using username and password? That seldom happens! I can refresh, hit the back arrow again, or go to a thread, and POOF, I’m in.
To me, that suggests I’m not REALLY logged out…but rather that there is a glitch when I move from place to place within this forum.
And I thought I read someplace that checking “remember me” was on,y for 10 hours or some other limited duration. I’ve been away from here for longer than that and still didn’t need to log back in when accessing this forum.
