<p>Call your admissions officer and tell them about your situation. That's what I'd do.</p>

<p>I'd find it weird that they have an earlier deadline. The UC-wide deadline for transcripts is July 15; although, each campus can set their own deadlines. I'd contact UCB to clarify and/or explain like recommended by duogmeg.</p>
