Official transcripts missing (LACCD)

Greetings everyone!
I am a prospective transfer student from LACCD to CalState. Since e-transcripts has stopped working properly according to CalState emails, they requested me to send an official paper transcript. I already ordered rush ($10 each) applications twice and one regular($3). I called CSUN to ask what’s going on and they keep telling me the same old, which is to wait another week. The deadline to send them was April 2, today is April 13. Do I keep sending transcripts even if the deadline has passed? Why is it so hard?
I have receipts and credit card charges that I paid for applications and it was way before April 2, so they should be there a long time ago. I was planning to attend in Fall 2018 and have all of my units ready.

The LACCD system has changed a lot since I was a student. Document submission is sometimes difficult. I never trusted sending transcripts to the school itself. I would have an official transcript mailed to my home and then mail that sealed envelope to the university. It’s more than likely that they’ve received your transcripts, but the office is just a little unorganized and isn’t able to notify you in a timely manner. It is a busy time for transfers after all. If anything, you can always send in another copy. It won’t hurt :slight_smile:

Can you physically pick up the official transcript and send it yourself by fedex so you can track it?

Update: I got admitted last week :slight_smile: after I physically dropped off my transcipt, they viewed it in 2 days.
