Hi everyone,
I’ve created a NEW thread for PSYCHOLOGY majors to post their GPAs/relavent statistics for UC BERKELEY TRANSFERS

<a href=“UC Berkeley 2013-14 CC Transfer - PSYCHOLOGY - Applying to College - College Confidential Forums”>UC Berkeley 2013-14 CC Transfer - PSYCHOLOGY - Applying to College - College Confidential Forums;

If you’re interested in knowing that information, feel free to stop by and post your own statistics and check out others!

*If you are a Psyc major transferring to UCB, PLEASE contribute to the thread…I want everyone who’s applied to the major (including myself) to have some peace of mind knowing where they stand because the ambiguity of the admissions process is so stressful!!
Thank you.

Hey folks!

Are the decisions for Haas applicants going to be available on April, 26 (the same as for other Berkeley majors) or May, 1 - as it is listed on their website ?

@Fogueira
In myBerkeleyapp, it says that decisions will be posted on the 26th. Where on the website did you see that? Can you post the link? I hope you’re wrong, I really don’t want to wait any longer for decisions.

It says by May 1st, but it’s always the last Friday in April. So it’ll be Friday the 26th around 4:45-5:30pm. Good luck.

Thanks!

@jcarlomonti , this is what I am referring to:

[Application and Selection Calendar, Undergraduate Program, Berkeley-Haas](Admission FAQ - Undergraduate Program - Berkeley Haas)

“May 1 - Admission decisions are available”

Hey to all those who transferred in, I have a question,

What is principles of business exactly? I am from a four year private school and they don’t have a course that’s generically called principles of business so I’m not sure if I fulfilled that requirement for Haas.

Also, I am interested in doing both neuroscience and business but at the end of the day, my immediate interest in going into consulting and long term is to eventually get a JD/MBA. So since my target is law and business school in the future, do you think I won’t be missing out on much by not getting a bachelor’s at Haas (since I’ll eventually go for that MBA anyway)? I currently have a 3.78 and I think I will have a much better shot at Letters and Sciences.

Also, can you minor in business at Cal?
