not too much involvement with school clubs other than national honors society, but was involved in some unique summer programs that might have influenced something. And I guess my essays were pretty unique. So far I’ve been rejected from ucd, ucla, ucsb, and u of washington. I’ve been accepted from ucsc, merced, and riverside, and waitlisted from San Diego and Irvine. I think ucsc will be my best option other than community college and transferring in somewhere else. I’d love to learn more about the school though! Anyone going to the spring spotlight thing in April? </p>

check your personal email you gave UCSC. I got an email to join UCSC on Facebook and it is an app where you are able to see other students in your major and schedule meeting places.</p>

<p>Nope, nothing. I check it every morning too. I’m hoping it looks something like UCSB’s when it comes out though, nice result there. The website does say the week of April 1st though I think.</p>
<p>I haven’t been checking the portal, but I do hit the mailbox everyday, lol. Of course, I won’t open it, but it will make me happy to have something in hand.</p>
