<p>Hey has anyone whose been accepted submit their SIR yet? I did tonight so I’m officially an anteater :] BUT I saw a section that said:</p>

<p>I took Political science at my CC, but not a history course and I reread the IGETC form and it had a section for that, but it said it was NOT required for IGETC. Then I read another website that said if I took American history in high school it would fulfill the requirement. Does anyone know any information about this? I’d appreciate it!</p>

<p>@lawlking, that makes sense. I just don’t know how fair it is to expect college students to pay $100 in a nonrefundable deposit to a school and then later expect them to withdraw that SIR and pay another deposit to SIR to UCI just because UCI can’t get their decisions out on time. It’s also unfair to have students be in the dark about their admission status for this long =/ Eh, I mean, I have UCLA to go to but I can only imagine how nerve wrecking it must be for people for whom UCI is the first choice and who are also waitlisted. </p>

<p>@TL1990 i got accepted to UCR and UCSB. I think I’m going to SIR UCSB. It is far away from home, but I love the place there. My 2nd choice after UCI; although, both my mom and sister doesn’t really like me to go there. LOL</p>
