<p>Not dumb at all man. I think it’d weird how it works… some people and even UCI themselves have claimed that decisions usually happen by 9AM. However, myself and many others had theirs change tonight at like… 6:30-7:30 so it varies I guess? When they do come out though, it tends to be in a random batch.</p>

<p>so I called Irvine this morning and they said they haven’t rejected people yet and they are just waiting for responses of those who were taken off the waitlist… which doesn’t make any sense because the second batch of people who were taken off the waitlist have till the 17th to submit their SIR’s… and the due date for waitlisters are by the 15th…</p>
<p>Still waiting here…it’s killing me! I am getting more and more nervous as the 15th gets closer!</p>

<p>I have lost hope. Three months of checking forum/uci website everyday…sigh</p>
<p>I called the admissions office again and they told me they accept people if there is room from the people that SIR’ed on June 1st… and that students on the transfer wait list are not competing against each other. lol sorry if it sounds confusing but basically
the first batch and the second batch that got in from the waitlist
won’t affect those that didn’t get accepted yet . so I guess there is still HOPE!

<p>no but they said that they accepted a couple of more students this morning
and that they are up to par with their target enrollment.
at that point on the phone I was getting very irritated… so I asked if you guys are on target with the enrollment does that mean you guys are not accepting anymore students off the waitlist? and they said no they’re still evaluating… and we will hear by the 15th …

<p>I don’t even know if they are reliable or not. I went on the live chat for irvine last month and asked a simple question. Two representatives gave me totally different answers.</p>

<p>I asked “do we need to send in our high school transcript?” one said NO one said YES. They might be ****ing with us…(hopefully) I mean if u look at SD’s wait list according to ms sun. The representative told her tat all decisions would be out at the same time. But clearly there are still a lot of people waiting for their decision.</p>
