<p>yeah i noticed that on assist. i applied to psych and social and i STILL haven’t heard back :[ like my gpa is above the required but my cc only offers one class that the major requires off assist which is stats…so idk whats going to happen. but hopefully you get in for psych!</p>

<p>Y’all shouldn’t worry too much lol. I have a 2.2 at UCSB due to a series of tragic events that I won’t go into here. I’m applying as a psych major as well (gonna switch to PSB when I get in) and I’m going to do a post-bacc to finish up my pre-med requisites. That’s right… I’m going from a 2.2 to med school. Don’t care how long it takes. Anyway, we’ll all receive judgment soon enough. Best of luck to everyone. I know that I’ll need a miracle haha.</p>

<p>I have yet to be hearing back from UCI, but if you do change your major (or your minor to say accounting) then you can’t SIR? or do your Acceptance get withdrawn if you try to change your major or a minor? (after you get denied for changing that major or minor)</p>

<p>There’s nothing wrong with applying directly for PSB. I just picked psych because it has a lower required GPA (2.7), which I still fall short of.</p>

I saw someone post a few days ago that they too used this message to request a change from CogSci to PSB which was approved a few days later. <p>Did anyone else get an email from financial aid this morning? I just received one asking for proof of citizenship - the original. Funny thing is that I brought mine into the office few weeks ago and they made a copy of it which is on file already. Anyways, does this mean good things? I’m still waiting :(</p>
