<p>^English major…haven’t heard anything yet, but I did my SIR for Berkeley today!!! Good luck to you, hope you get in. I was really on the fence, but with all the waiting and the prestige of Berkeley (I never thought I’d get in) I decided to go there.</p>

<p>lol this is so depressing. Got in to ucsc but no email from baskin. waiting for uci and like no one applied to cgs xD so i can’t tell if im rejected or not.</p>
<p>Is anyone going to appeal? cuz i just finished writing my appealing letter and i feel like a 3.38 is rly not that bad and i feel i shud be given another chance. just cuz im not a transfer from cc doesnt mean i shud get rejected by all UCs right away</p>

<p>I’m scared that I won’t get in for some reason because I’ve already implanted the idea that I WILL get in…and if I don’t, then I don’t know what I’ll do. I mean, I was accepted by UCR, UCSB, UCD, waitlisted by UCSD and now i’m waiting on UCI. I hope I get in, I think I really want to go there.</p>
<p>It seems like I’m not the only one…I also got rejected to UCI as a TAG applicant! I’m hoping that there was a glitch of some sort because I’ve met all the requirements on the TAG application. I will be calling Monday as well!</p>

Congrats! To answer your question, I got my acceptance on Mar. 7; my financial aid email came Apr. 10. So I’d say almost a month… But it may come sooner now, since you need time to think and SIR before June 1.</p>
