<p>No. You shouldn’t be surprised because only 2% of appeals get turned around. Also, the ones who get turned around have new and compelling information that wasn’t present on their application.</p>
<p>Funny enough, I sent in another letter for the hell of it. My first letter came in 2 parts and 3 follow up emails. It’s worth a chance but as of now I consider myself ABSOLUTELY COMPLETELY REJECTED.</p>
