Really good essays and average ec I thought
Guess I’ll have to just go to community college and transfer. Santa Cruz was my number one choice and if I don’t get in here I won’t get in to any other UC I applied to. Considering my Senior year gpa was 4.4, I definitely feel like I am worthy of going to this school. Does anyone know the waitlist chances? Or if appealing is a good option? Congrats to everyone who got in, this kinda sucks for me though.

@maijala, I haven’t found the Common Data Set for 2015-16, but in 2014-15, UCSC did not admit anyone off the waitlist. It might have been different last year. Appealing is usually if you are denied admission. Generally, there is no appeal process if you are wait listed. Good luck with whatever decision you end up making!
